1. Notices：

1.1. Before using the device, please read the instructions carefully.

1.2. This product only supports WCDMA, GSM network, please select the appropriate network operator;

1.3. This product only supports 802.11b / g / n, 2.4GHz WIFI connection, please choose the right router.

1.4. Please note that the product supports only Micro SIM card.

1.5 Make sure the cables are properly connected before power on. Do not install or remove the device in the case of electricity. Incorrect wiring or dropped wiring may result in damage and abnormal work to the device.

1.5 Operating voltage of this product is 9-36V, please use it within this voltage range, otherwise may result in equipment damage.

1.6 Host of the device is a low-power wireless transmitter/receiver, which receives and sends radio-frequency signal. To avoid electromagnetic interference, please stop using the device as prescribed in some places.

1.7 Please use this product legally.

2. Product Introduction

1. Data Transfer: It supports 3G mobile network and WIFI.

2. Location: With high sensitivity GPS module, it can get more accurate position information;

3. Call: Microphone is able to make voice calls (optional microphone required);

4. Monitor: It supports remote monitoring (optional external microphone required).

5. SOS alarm: One key emergency alarm (optional SOS button required).

6. Measuring temperature: external temperature sensor can accurately measure the temperature.

8. Pictures: external camera enables remote picture taking.

9. Analog detection: supports analog signal detection, such as voltage.

10. Antenna cutoff and short-circuit alarm: It supports GPS antenna cutoff alarm, short circuit alarm. The device sends alarm to the server platform;

11. Battery under-voltage alarm: When the vehicle battery voltage is too low, the device will send alarm to the platform.

12. Power failure alarm: When the external power supply cut off, device will send alarm to the platform.

13. Remote upgrade: update terminal software remotely.

14. Remote query, parameters setting: remotely set, query parameters through SMS and internet.

15.Dead zone re-upload: When you drive to somewhere without signal or network, the device will store the current position and send it to server lately.

16. Geo- fence: It supports geo- fence but needs the support of server.

17.Over-speed alarm: If the speed surpasses the preset value, the device will send alarm to the location server.

18. Remotely cut off oil/power: device supports remotely cut off oil/power.

19. Remotely reboot: device supports remotely reboot.

20. Custom input and output: It has 4 custom inputs, 3 custom output, you can make the appropriate configuration based on your needs.

21. Collision Alarm: Built-in sensors can detect vehicle collision.

22. Mileage: Device can accurately calculate mileage since installation.

23. Support RS485 interface.

1. Main Wires（①）

5. Adjustment and installation

3G mode：

1. It supports WCDMA (850/900/1900/2100), GSM (850/900/1800/1900) mobile network, please select the appropriate Micro SIM card.

2. Please use PC configuration tool to select the WCDMA mode, and configure the correct network parameters;

3. Please put GPS antenna, communication antenna to somewhere the signal is not shielded, and connect them with the device.

4. The built-in battery takes the SIM card as a control switch. Insert the SIM card correctly and the device will boot automatically.

5. The device power cord is connected to the vehicle power supply and the device ACC is connected to the vehicle ACC. After that, plug the power connector into the device, then the built-in battery of device will be charged by external power supply.

6. After correctly set network parameters through SMS and PC tool, observe the status LED status until device is online.

7. Fix the device on somewhere without high temperature and humidity. The installation finished.

WIFI mode：

1. The device supports 802.11b / g / n, 2.4GHz WIFI network, please select the correct router.

2. Please use PC configuration tool to select WIFI mode, and configure the correct network parameters.

3. The following steps refer to the 3G model.

8. Troubleshooting

Problem	Solution
evice is unable to connect to the server when installed for the first time.	Be sure the main power cable connection is correct. Don’t connect it to the interior control line.
	SIM card is installed correctly;
	Check parameter settings.
	Check identity and other information, making sure the information entered correctly.
	then insert the car key to turn ACC ON.
	Check position. If not located, go to the open place for the first location.
	WIFI parameters are set correctly.
	SIM card number, checking if you can get through the phone.
	SIM card is in arrearage and GPRS data services are canceled.
	In places without GSM signal, like basement
	Observe offline areas ( overall offline or part offline.) and check the network.
	Whether WIFI parameters are set correctly.
Device does not locate for a long time or locates incorrectly.	GPS antenna is installed correctly and faces up to the sky.
	If there is material absorbing electromagnetic waves (like metal) or anti-explosion membrane (metal composition can absorb high-frequency electromagnet wave) above the installation place of GPS antenna, whether the location of the top of the glass paste Window Film (film has a higher metal component, will absorb high frequency electromagnetic wave);
	If there are tall buildings block the GPS signal. Drive to a more open area to locate. Time for first fix is 1-2 minutes.
After power on, LED is not on.	Check whether the voltage car battery is normal.
	Be sure the main power cable connection is correct. Don’t connect it to the interior control line.
	Check whether the fuse of power wire is burned.
